October 2006 Meeting Highlights August 23, 2006 DSM - Riverton, MB Hosted & Submitted by Karen Foster Our Open House DSM was attended by 21 adults and 3 children. Presenters Sharon Holtz, Verna Hryhorchuk, and Karen Foster explained and demonstrated the medical devices, and spoke about HTE company history and the business opportunity. We had excellent testimonies by Joan McClay and Simonne Dosch. Guests were enthusiastic about trying out all the machines. The lucky winner of the ERE was Verna Hryhorchuk! September 26, 2006 Dauphin, Manitoba Hosted by: Jeannette Stewart & Bev Keith Sponsored by: Christine Waddell & Submitted by: Kathie Lobel Jeannette Stewart and Bev Keith hosted our first meeting in Dauphin, Manitoba. The presentation was given in the meeting room at their wellness center, A Little Peace of Heaven. It was a perfect setting as there was a treatment room with several machines set up for the guests to use. It was a very informative and interactive presentation and I'm sure we'll have some new distributors at our next meeting there. The ERE was won by Violet Marten and was presented by Christine Waddell and Kathie Lobel. September 30, 2006 Ste-Adèle, Quebec Hosted & Submitted by Johanne Bergeron, naturothérapeute On September the 30th, Maria from HTE, came to my clinic to offer my clients the opportunity to try the EMD to test their meridians. There were twelve people who showed up and were anxious to try this measuring device and also have a session on the ERE and Total Health Spa. Most people were amazed of the results that came out, some would say they were accurate for 75% of the time. They would all like to have another session at a later time to see the difference after they make Total Health Spa sessions. Some of the people who couldn’t make it at my clinic in Ste-Adèle were able to come visit me in Montreal the next day where Pierre hosted his EMD trial day. Five of my customers came to have their meridians tested. These people all felt an amazing feeling of warmth and well being all over their body. They all want to have another session and some are thinking about getting their own Chi and HotHouse. October 5, 2006 Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Hosted & Submitted by: Edna Rogers We had a fantastic meeting; the weather was beautiful so it brought out a nice group of people. We had seven new guests (most important), a total of twenty-five people. I talked about the Chi Machine and how it works and we also did a demo. Audrey Strauch was my demo lady and this was to show the guests what to expect when they tried it a little later in the evening. Audrey did a presentation on the ERE and Karen Cronk did the presentation on the HotHouse, and also gave some testimonies. Peter Poon was also present and he had the Energy Measurement Device and did 10 tests. People seem to really like it a lot. Peter also talked about the new incentive program and how to go to San Francisco. I also talked about the Super Jump Start Program and how powerful it really is, when you show the real facts and figures. Lastly, I gave away a free Chi Machine and it was won by Katherine Ens, a new distributor. October 14, 15, 16, 2006 Edmonton, Calgary & Lethbridge, Alberta Hosted & Submitted by: Maria Chessari What an amazing 3 day meeting we had in Alberta! HTE Canada sponsored demonstrations in the following cities: Edmonton, Calgary and Lethbridge. The Energy Measurement Device was introduced and demonstrated by our Bilingual Marketing Assistant Maria Chessari in each meeting. A session regarding the 4th quarter promotions and incentive contest followed the demonstrations. In Edmonton, 18 people attended. Michelle McKinney, who motivated her group to come to meeting, is working towards a Distributor training meeting in November. In Calgary, we had an excellent turnout of 48 people. There were some interesting energy reports showing the energy improvements in different organs after the use of the Chi machine and HotHouse. Thanks to Dena, Mark, Trevor, Ingrid, Lois, Shawn, Marilyn and Victor for their help to make the meeting in Lethbridge successful. This wonderful group of distributors work at the Harvest Haven Market Farm, about five miles southeast of Lethbridge. They came with 2 sets of machines allowing the attendees to get an EMD testing and see a before and after comparison after using the HTE machines. October 14, 2006 DSM - Gimli, Manitoba Hosted & Submitted by: Karen Foster We had an excellent attendance of 32 people at our Gimli meeting. Presentations on the HTE company and each of the machines were conducted by Verna Nicolls, Dan Bigelow, Sharon Holtz, and Karen Foster. Inspiring testimonies were given by Marvin and Simonne Dosch. The highlight of the afternoon was the attendance of Jean Williams and her testimony given by her sister, Verna Nicolls. Jean had been diagnosed with advanced cancer at the end of May 2006 and has been consistently using the Chi Machine, HotHouse, and ERE since the end of June. When her surgery took place Sept. 28th, surgeons found no trace of cancer and subsequent biopsies show no cancer whatsoever. Jean has been given a clean bill of health, looks wonderful, and is so grateful to her sister Verna and HTE that she travelled from Winnipeg only 2 weeks after extensive surgery to attend our meeting. Thank you Jean! Thank you Verna! Thank you HTE!! There was a lot of interest in trying all the medical devices by the guests and the lucky winner of the ERE was Kaila Chekosky. October 17, 2006 Winnipeg, Manitoba Hosted and Submitted by Joan McLaren Sixteen guests and four distributors attended the October HTE Meeting hosted by Joan McLaren, Manager Level, and Judith Deatrich, Supervisor Level distributors. They spoke about each of the HTE medical devices. Joan then invited each of the audience to share their experiences with using the machines to help with a range of health issues, and a lively exchange took place. One person told of being able to get off Celebrex for Reynaud’s, and her husband said that her feet were no longer so cold once she used the Chi machine. Another told about increased energy after having gone through many bouts of chemo and radiation for cancer. One attendee spoke of taking an ERE to Afghanistan if he is sent to fight there, as it would be a boon to other personnel in the armed forces who depend on the health of their feet to carry on from day to day. One person described how she was able to avoid a second knee surgery by using the Chi machine. Improvements for sleep, circulation, skin ailments, diabetes, stress, Crohn's disease (Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome) and Carpal Tunnel were all mentioned. Kathie Lobel supplied the ERE machine for the draw. It was won by a delighted Deb Woodman, an HTE distributor. Thanks to HTE for the wonderful machines that are so helpful to maintaining our health.
